Office Hours

Our office hours are 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon on Friday (nurse available by phone).

To make, cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call (803) 732-4608 during office hours. If you are making an appointment, please inform us of the reason of your visit so we can allocate the proper amount of time for your visit. Our office visits are by appointment only. If you have an acute problem, we will try to accommodate you the same day.

If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the medical history and registration forms. Have your medical insurance card and any important medical records with you. Please inform us about any health problems, allergies and any medications that you are taking.

Emergency Care

If you have an urgent medical problem call our office at (803) 732-4608. We strongly encourage you to call us during regular hours when you feel that you have a medical problem. This allows us to arrange for your care on a non-emergency basis whenever possible. We may not always be available due to our profession but we will have another physician contact you should this be necessary.

After-hours our answering service will help you in contacting our physician on-call. However, if this is a life-threatening situation, do not hesitate to call 911 or go to the nearest hospital. We will be contacted by the hospital staff.
